Nate has made what all of us would call a mistake. We make them every single day. Yes the Army is about discipline and showing the up most respect for everyone. But what Nate does on his own free time in the comfort of his home is his business. Yes what he said can be taken offensively to some viewers. But he did also mention that 1. It's dark humor. (dark humor is humor that is always hurtful to others. But also to others it's very funny.)  

2. He mentioned that if nobody likes the joke they can remove themselves from his account. (Which is why Tik Tok has a setting where you block the user. So that you cannot see any of the users posts again.)

If Nate Freihofer is going to be dishonorably discharge then I feel as if an investigation should be in place for any U.S. Soldier that posted something on social media that did not fit the criteria for the military.
