At this point, asking for the full legalization of marijuana, is like beating a dead horse. But, it still doesn't hurt to try. Especially, in the age of climate change and a possible war. People are gonna be angry. And they would want someone to blame. 

Think of all the stress and anger, this decade could create. Perhaps, legalizing marijuana and allowing its usage could provide comfort or distraction.
