North Valley Baptist Church in Santa Clara, California is being unconstitutionally treated. They are being fined daily into the thousands of dollars for gathering to worship. The county says they are not socially distancing, which is untrue, continue to sing and refuse to present a protocol for worship to the county which is also untrue. The county will not accept what they offer. This is America, a country founded on freedom of religion. The constitution clearly states that government may not interfere with worship. They have the RIGHT in this country to worship!!. Please sign this petition and let's help this church get back to what the constitution says they have a right to do! Not one single protester was charged for not obeying Covid-19 rules but this church is?? It is a scary thing that is happening in this country.
