Problem
Freedom of the Press was Intended for Honest Press Only, in recent years the Press have abused this Right in order to Mislead the public so often that a change is needed

Solution
A Constitutional Amendment that states anyone viewed by the public as a News Organization, Part of the Press, or Media believed by the public to be reporting actual facts who Intentionally mislead, lie to the public, or have been proven to be mistaking about any facts without confirming them before providing it to the public shall face very heavy fines on 1st offense and be shut down completely on the 2nd offense. Any "Source" providing information shall be revealed to the public and also held accountable if misleading information was given without confirming before providing information to news organization. 

Personal story
My take is simple....if a news organization/outlet Intentionally Misleads the public or if they do not Confirm the Information before putting it out there....They should pay dearly for their actions or inaccurate information they are providing the public with...The abisabu behavior by our "so called" New Outlets have gone on for way to long
