In today's society we are seeing more and more false sexual assault allegations,  women have the free range to accuse some one without evidence of proof,  please change those laws and put into place :

In June 2016 my husband was accused of rape, he was aqquited of three rape charges and a forth charge convicted on, problem is we were not in the accusers house the evening she claimed her assault happened.  I'm asking his case to be looked at again and I  would also like to see some laws changed, in my husband's case a rape kit was not done,  he gave his DNA willingly to prove his innocence.  The DNA cleared him along with the article's of clothing the alleged victim handed over to the police department.  I could go on and on with this but this case was clearly racially motivated and very biased. So please help us make these changes and hopefully in the process free my husband.

1. Mandatory Rape Kits

2. If a woman is found to be lying and the accused has already.spemt time in jail or prison,  she must do exact same time frame as the man she accused.

3. All Rapes must be reported and documented within a 72 hr time frame in order for DNA analysis.

I feel these three steps if brought into law would not only protect a rape victim but it would also protect men who are innocent and wrongly accused.  We have laws that are enacted in ways that evidence is a must,  but in these type of cases our Govt  is to afraid to act accordingly and fairly.

Please help make this possible,  let's stop the assault on the male population and do the right thing, protect all rights,  not just a woman's right and totally ignore the other parties side of it. This is by far one of the most unjust actions when an innocent person is looked on as guilty without regards to what they bring to the table for proof.
