Let’s face it, the legal age that we become adults is 18. We can go serve for our country and get PTSD for the rest of our lives, but yet we can’t take a drag from a cigarette or drink anything with alcohol. We might have to possibly serve in WWIII with the way Trump has been launching these air attacks on Iran, but yet we can’t kick back and enjoy our leisure time either smoking our stress away or having a drink after a long day of work. They’re stripping us of our adulthood and it’s completely wrong. These laws will just create more of a problem because one way or another, people are going to find a way to acquire these things that we desire. This law change to purchase tobacco to 21 is completely uncalled for all together.  These laws keeping us from doing these things don’t even help, as people who are underage manage to get alcohol and now tobacco from people who are of the legal age to purchase them. The solution is clear, if you want to label people at 18 adults, then let them do adult things. CHANGE THE LEGAL DRINKING AND SMOKING AGE TO 18! Is is not that hard to do, and if a future president wanted to gain support or if Trump wanted to regain his support from people, then this would be a great way to gain the support of the future voters.
