Our own 25-year-old daughter was on a life support machine for several weeks in 2002 after contracting E.coli. Miraculously she survived. Joanne's parents, despite their tragic loss, gave us so much support in the days and months that followed, through HUSH, the UK E.coli support charity of which Steve, Joanne's father, was a founder member. Sadly the charity became unviable but the Steve and the Nash family will support the cause to the end.
It's disgusting the lies that are told and have been told through out this pandemic. You just can't trust any one. The lives of people doesn't seem to count for anything. Money counts and nothing else to some people. Shame on them all, including this rotten government.
The was a very good reason for not allowing slaughter houses to self inspect, that reason hasn't gone away. Is the country not already in enough of a state without adding more chance for illness and disease.
