The amount of red-tape associated with a simple human error is ridiculous and should be addressed immediately!

After living in a country for a decade, which he has now called home, how can the UK government threaten him with deportation? He has a British wife, two kids and is a tax payer. Teresa May, have you forgotten that South Africa is a Common wealth country and a former British colony? He was originally granted a British ancestry visa...twice!

I feel for this young man because the UK government are penalising individuals that should not be in this position at all! They raking all the funds that folks have to pay for with their honest hard working money for an english test which most individuals pass anyway even if they can't speak "proper english". All this nonsense needs to stop and they need to focus on building this country and actually be grateful that there honest people like this young men and all the other folks who are contributing to this country!!!!
