Getting the community to see that we have single mom's/dad's that are raising their children but can't seem to make it due to high cost of living . We have single family's staying with other people because they can't find a reasonable price for rent. You have some apartments the start off over $1200 a month. Not to mention some of these apartments/homes want you to make triple the amount of rent "How selfish is that!" homes run for $1500 or more! I do believe this will help if only they see how it is hurting these family. 

By rent being reduced, this can help these family spend more time with their children, taking them out on the weekend instead of being at work all day. We have these single family's either working 72 hours a week or have 2 jobs just to make it/survive. These kids are lacking true discipline from their parents and are not getting the home care they need from their parents instead of a care giver who really don't about the child's well being. If the community would just reduce their price on rent they will see that these single family's would be able to spend more time with their children and do family things. 

I literally seen some of these family children go without a good holiday (very sad). Therefore, this is why I want to do this to help single mom's and dad's.
