The new owners of 442 Carnation Dr are in the process of converting this home into a MEN’S SHELTER / SOBER HOME

·         No Permits were filed, they have a “Cease and Desist order” from the town and are continuing to work

·         No Notice was given to the residence

·         They will allow level 1 & level 2 sex offenders to live there

·         This location is a children’s bus stop and a day care across the street.

·         They have already converted the basement, main level, garage, and poss. attic into rooms for these men.

·         Soon the owner will be going for permits.  

We can’t let these permits pass.
