As most of you already know Dominion Energy is negligent in line maintenance and response after storm or disasters. Here in Scottsville especially , Route 20 heading both north and south is neglected by Doninion Energy prior to storm over 90 trees counted on lines prior to 2021. 144 trees on lines in 2021 . This recent storm has left those lines devastated by additional trees fallen. Trees for years have been held up by the lines themselves, just waiting for lines to sever and fall on motorists below. 0 actions taken by Dominion Energy for Preventable Maintenance. Please contact Dominion Energy and Local Authorities, Town halls , and fire rescue at this point . Another storm is coming and if your not lucky to have fire place or alternative fuel source you may freeze . Temperatures inside homes logged as low as 28degrees since Monday . The power company needs to provide accurate data on repairs and they won’t all are estimates and have 0 accuracy . We need a new power company to take over our state contract for utilities provider.
