Dominic Perrottet has recently announced the roll out of school times changing due to the current time being “outdated”. He claims this move is “bold and brave” but in thousands of parents/caregivers/teachers/workers, this move  is completely ridiculous, outlandish and setting us all up for stress, the possibility of loss of work, and not the mention added tension our school children have already had to face. He claims to be a “family man” but this newest movement by him proves anything but. 
Teachers are already in classrooms hours before the school gates open, most parents have working hours during school times, with only needing minimal after school care. 
And let’s not forget about our country families who’s children have one school bus and spend up to 2 hours getting to school alone. 
This change is NOT needed, don’t fix something that not broken. 
WE like our school routine and do not require it to be changed. 
let’s band together and show Dominic this is not what we nor our children (who he makes out he cares about) want or need!
