This means that other Londoner's securing new local tenancies could have greater saving power, and achieve a deposit sooner than you. Without changes to your current rent, the value of the savings associated with your IMR tenancy may be lower in comparison to new local tenants.

Doplhin is doing great work and they say - "Dolphin Living’s mission is to provide high quality, truly affordable housing, in desirable locations, near good transport links, for working Londoners on modest incomes."

  • Will the aims of the scheme still be achieved?.

We would like your support in achieving a response from Dolphin on this matter, and welcome your comments.
