I would like to try and get the 40 yr sentence given to David Felts for a non violent drug charge commuted.Mr.Felts has served over 10 years for his part in a drug conspiracy.He was convicted in the northern district of texas by judge John Mcbryde whom is known to give out lengthy sentences.Mr felts was only involved with the other members of the conspiracy for two months.he wasnt caught with any drugs or paraphernalia or a large some of money.He was mainly convicted for what was said by two co defendents that were both caught with drugs .they tried to make things better for themselves by telling the government lies to get less time and place blame on others.Mr.Felts has done over a decade in prison and has worked on his personal relationship with God and also his children and grandchildren .MR.FELTS HAS ALSO TAKEN CLASSES AND PROGRAMS TO HELP BETTER HIS THOUGHT PROCESS AND HIS STRUGGLE WITH ADDICTIPN .He is 53 years of age and has a very low chance of recidivism.thank you for taking.
