No Mobile Tower Near Our Kids

DO NOT install a mobile telecommunications base station at 54 Humffray Street, Ballarat East. VIC 3350

 

We oppose the installation of the tower because;

1, It is less than 100 metres from Bakery Hill Kindergarten where over 70 children each year spend their kinder years.

2.We have strong concerns about the EMR (Electro Magnetic Radiation)  that our children, teachers and community will be exposed to .

3. Families who live in the surrounding residential area  will be exposed to constant emission of radiation. Employees in local surrounding businesses, including customers in cafes and restaurants, will also be exposed. 

4.. We view the proposed site as having no specific advantage to the the local community as well as detracting from the aesthetic appeal of the area.
