It would be an eye sore that would make traffic a nightmare around the area, worst idea ever

Don Mills is my community, I grew up here. If I want tall buildings I’ll go downtown

This building is WAY too big for this community. There will be too much traffic, too many people. It will greatly impact the quality of life of the people in this community.

I am a home owner in Don Mills and congestion is already too high at that corner of Don Mils and Lawrence. The traffic backs up all the way to Leslie at rush hour. Any increase in population of this magnitude will be disasterous.

Also, the openness and beauty of Don Mills is not being maintained.

The strain on Donway West and adjacent streets is already evident in terms of traffic, parking, pollution, noise, increased wind and shade. No one needs or wants this development except the developers.

I do not have any reason except that Toronto like my nearest metropolis Houston TX USA seems to protest too much against money mad developers in mixed use development encroaching on low-key (literally) residential and institutional with industrial and commercial, or in this case, multiple occupancy residential overshadowing collector drive and side court/lane single occupancy residential. With a lot of commercial on the end closest to Lawrence Ave, some blocks of The Donway might make sense to classify for postal service as thoroughfare, but not all.

We fought Cadillac Fairview's excessive density proposal in Don Mills for 2 years with minimal success. With this proposal they are exceeding their agreement with the community by a 1/3 increase in the number of units to be built on the Don Mills Centre site, In addition, this building will be casting a shadow directly on my property on Jocelyn Cr. mid-day for most of the year. CF has also yet to fulfill its many promises re. the community centre (40 years and waiting) and hockey rink. Profit and profit alone is their Lord and Master.

This is North America's first planned community and is a landmark community too many urban planners around the world. It is known for residential homes and other unique characteristics that do not include a 30 four-story condo. We should stop these big corporations and condo developers From destroying this landmark neighbourhood
