I Have Volunteered For The Women Race Every Year For The Last 7 Years And All These Years I've Wondered Was The Board Diversified And Come To Found Out That It Is Not There Is No Black Women Or Men On This Board No Hispanic, Or Native People On This Board It Only Contains White Men And Women Of Upper Class Privilege And With This Petition I Hope To Have Women Of Color On This Board That Can Call Shots And Make A Change Further More This Petition Will Also Request That Volunteers Get Better Gear Instead Of A T-shirt Like Everybody Else I Have Upper Class Volunteers That Is Gonna Help Me Win This It's A Battle But We Are Ready To End The Stigma
