2,000 Petition Signatures on Day One
May 15, 2012 — On day one, the celiac and gluten-free communities have clearly spoken - ditch NFCA's Amber designation for good. Due to an amazing uproar within blogs, on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, we are already closing in on our goal.
We have you to thank, but the work isn't done just yet. Just like last May when we collected 10,000 signatures to grab a hold of the FDA's gluten-free labeling standards, we are marching united to see safer food, for every eater. The Ditch Amber initiative was set up to protect anyone who orders gluten-free foods at a dining establishment for any reason, medically necessary or not.
