I am new resident of DC.
I am a young professional who lives in low income housing. Like most of my neighbors I depend on my vehicle to get to work in order to pay my bills and provide for my household.
As a resident I want to be able to park near my building.
everyday I receive a parking ticket.
permitting not only myself but all residents of Capitol Vista a parking space or parking pass will allow us to continue to provide for our families without the fear of losing our dependable vehicles.
