As a citizen of a free country, we have a basic right to move freely. But sometimes few people think that they have all the power and they can act above the law and basic human rights.

We the citizen of Sector 4 Jagriti Vihar are suffering from illegal and unauthorized construction of colony gates build by few people in the colony. These gates are closed 24X7 and it creates a big problem for the normal movement of people.

With this petition, we want to draw the attention of the District Magistrate of Meerut city to completely remove these unauthorized gates and allow people to move freely like a free society. 

The problem for school kids:

When these gates are 24X7 closed kids are unable to reach Deewan public school which is right next to these gates. Parents need to travel an extra 1KM to drop them from the other side of the colony.

The problem for residents:

When these two gates are closed 24X7, if someone need to go to the main road they can't take the shortest path because these gates are closed. One need to travel at least 1 KM extra to reach the main road on either side.

Problem of traffic

When these gates are 24X7 closed, all the traffic is forced to take only one road because of which that road is now damaged and became too loud with all the traffic coming.
