Dismiss Charges on 70 year old Rosalinda Serrano

My grandmother Rosalinda Serrano turned 70 years old in Enid County jail. She has never had any criminal charges against her, only traffic tickets. She is the care giver of her eldest son David Contreras which is disabled. Rosalinda was in a 8 year relationship with Noe Gonzalez.
Rosalinda and Noe decided that it was time to break up in the beginning of May 2017. They decided she and David would move out, and Noe would stay there. My grandmother left the utilities in her name and the agreement was that she would collect the money from him to pay.
I would call my grandmother a few times a week and she would tell me that she was still involved with Noe. She said that he would call her and beg for her to come see him.
On 07-23-2017 my grandmother went to go collect the money for the utility bill.
The police narrative report states that Rosalinda had broken into the residence and upon seeing her ex-boyfriend with another woman became jealous and argued with a Samuel Gonzalez (the fake name Noe used)
It also states that she used a wrench to chase Samuel and hit him and the "wrench landed in his pocket"
But both of them refused medical attention and no one had any physical injuries, and that there was blood on Rosalinda's hand. The only witnesses were the new girlfriend and her teenage nephews/friends.
ROSALINDA SERRANO WAS CHARGED WITH
COUNT#1, ASSAULT AND BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON IN VIOLATION OF 21 O.S. 645
COUNT#2, ASSAULT WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON IN VIOLATION OF 21 O.S. 645
Her bail was set at $25,000
