Please be aware that we the 4x4 vehicles fisherpersons family's and Tourists to the Port Lincoln area are being discriminated  against and victimised  by Government Departments and their representatives. Not because of our colour  or Nationality,  But just because we drive our vehicles and our recreational use of North Shields Beach is a bit different from those walking dogs.

The victimisation is there were (two accesses to this beach one got shut down by DCLEP ) and the other access at the Boat ramp had signs put up saying we couldn't drive on the beach from that point. That's good going seeing as there are approximately 7 accesses for people to walk onto the beach with a horse or a dog plus there are about five Illegal access points That is a good reason for victimisation now onto Discrimination  the District Council is threatening these people with fines if they drive their vehicles onto the beach when they haven't been given any alternative solution be DCLEP. You are allowed to drive on the beach but you have to break the law to do this.

There is an alternative and that is to open the Northern  Access to the beach that our so called District Council has closed, they claim to represent all of the General Public  but in this case We the other beach users have have been  discarded and taken away from the protection of their umbrella       Yours truly a supporter against the closure of this beach Ernie squires
