Juniors should be allowed to leave for lunch because everyone in the 11th grade is old enough to drive and if they want to go across the street to get food and come back within the period they should be able to. As long as they do not take advantage of this luxury by being late to their next class or not coming back at all they should be able to get some time away from the school.
