We, the undersigned homeowners and property owners on Westbend Ridge and Plateau, hereby voice our opposition of the Westbend Ridge Development Project being approved for the following reasons:

1. It will create unnecessary through traffic to the dead end of Westbend ridge where there is no turn around other than homeowners driveways.
2. Extreme auto congestion entering and exiting the neighborhood due to the severe difficulty turning onto Verot School Road. 

And, in addition, if our petition is denied, we would request that a thorough up to date traffic study be done before final approval.
