Disney....Owes Johnny Depp A Heartfelt Apology After Win In Court!!!
Why this petition matters

The law of the land in America is, and always has been innocent until proven guilty.
Johnny Depp's incredible dedication to his craft as an actor is the sole reason for the success of the Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise, period.
Without Johnny Depp, this franchise would not be in any way the same. There is not a single actor that is capable of being Captain Jack Sparrow. America's beloved pirate. Cherished by both adults and children.
Not only has Disney acted like the judge, jury, and executioner towards Johnny Depp, they have stripped one of America's most iconic characters from families.
By releasing Johnny Depp from the franchise without a shred of evidence, without a guilty verdict, they have gone completely against American core values. Values that we all hold dearly, and protect us in this great country that we all call home.
It has left many of us wondering if Disney has truly lost their own core values. Has the American spirit left Disney? What kind of character does this organization now maintain?
And just like many of us stood with Johnny Depp showing our love and support for him during these most difficult times we too must hold Disney accountable for their own actions.
Whatever was in their contract with Johnny Depp does not matter. The lack of compassion, character, morals, and the willingness to pass judgment without evidence is beyond unacceptable.
If Jonny Depp does not want to return to Disney we need to respect that. However, that does not give Disney a free pass. Disney is an iconic role model to our children, and all of us expect more from an organization that we let our children watch. And we have a duty as parents to protect our children against entities that display inappropriate behavior. Disney needs to do the right thing, and issue a formal public apology to Mr. Johnny Depp.
If Disney is incapable of doing the right thing, then our family will simply part ways with Disney, just as they have so ungratefully parted ways with Captain Jack Sparrow, America's beloved pirate.
