Since the efforts of Preventing Covid19 from reaching our shores of American Samoa, The American Samoa Government (ASG) developed a system named Talofa Pass to monitor and track travelers coming to American Samoa. Since the development of this “Talofa Pass”, there have been nothing but complaints  from the people of American Samoa about it.

This petition is to DISMANTLE the Talofa pass and remove it as a traveling requirement to and from American Samoa. Our people have been stranded and kept from traveling to our home since CoVid and are now wanting to travel without restrictions nor problems.
