Many users of the most popular gamer social platform are very disappointed in the help they receive when having an issue with the Discord App.

All we get are pre-written responses from bots (usually Clyde) that either don't help or make things worse. On Twitter (where they tweet or re-tweet often) they always respond with a standard message to contact Discord support, which leads to the already mentioned problem of not getting actual help regarding the issue of the users.

What we want to achieve with this petition is to make Discord realize they are losing customers/users/fans for the sole reason of pretending to care (by releasing updates regularly, doing giveaways, etc.). Discord's job should not be just inviting new people to the app/platform, but also keeping the already loyal users.
