I believe it is not fair underage people can't do certain things as in discord. 
Discord is JUST AS USEFUL for people under 13
I get the rule totally but I still think it's not fair.
People shouldn't be ban for an age.
Times are changing, there are more things out there to worry about then age.
The least you can do is put parental guidance//control.
