A lot of Talented and enthusiastic students stay at hostels far from respective home districts and aspire to be actively participating in programs and events run by ministry, Sadly District level programs allow youth only from home districts to be part of Many such programs (Yuvajanotsava by Directorate of Youth empowerment and sports for instance) which is a huge blow to many talents youths staying far from home districts.

I hereby would like to appeal the authorities to allow Students studying in the district for a period not less than 3 years to be considered eligible to be part of district level programs and competitions.
