Airlines shouldn't sell front row seats & should rather reserve it for disabled & seniors

All major air carriers today sell the front row seats of the economy class as one of the most premium seats. When disabled people or senior citizens book or board the flight, they are randomly allotted a seat somewhere in the middle or back rows. This causes the a lot of hassle as the leg space is also less and the washrooms are also not close. I have seen senior citizens myself of about 80 years of age who due to some weakness were taking tiny baby steps. They were not offered the 1st row seats as the airlines had already sold them for money. No one was courteous enough to offer or exchange their seats either. They had to slowly take steps and walk further to the middle rows of the cabin.
