Recent events, the noticeable decrease in NIRF Ranking of our college Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar has brought about  concern among the students of this college of National Importance.

A major reform regarding the regulations and practices of the college is need of the hour. The issues that need fixation are majorly regarding:-

1. Planning of Minor Examinations.

The hectic burden of academics suppress the creativity of Students by creating pressure in the minds of students due to the frequent examinations.

2. Course/Syllabus is Bulky, Obselete, Irrelevant Specially for First Year.

The assignments are mere formality, the syllabus does not indeed ensure the skill development of any kind among students.

3. Good Internet Connection All Around the Campus Needed.

Internet is a Plethora of knowledge and a Major Requirement for getting knowledge in today's world. Information from around the world can be accessed via Internet.

4. Minimum Attendance Should be Relaxed.

Students from NIT Jamshedpur are getting top Ranks in Coding Competitions due to relaxation in their attendance.

So it is a humble request from us students of NITJ that above Mentioned Points Should be taken into Consideration and Some Action Should be Taken as soon as possible.
