Ibaji local government secretariat is currently moved to Idah while the building complex in Ibaji has been abandoned. This has been going on for over 4 years and all efforts to ensure the LG Chairman return the secretariat has proven abortive.

The indigenes of the local government are tired of this situation, the uncertainty if we have local government or not lingers in the cloud. 

We want buildings in our secretariat fix and all the tools of the local government returned back to our land. Jobs which indigenes can also benefit from having the secretariat in its local government is as well taken away. 

It's time to repatriate the office and it's recalling appalling that after more than 4 years we have our secretariat inside another local government. 

We are calling on all government agencies, judiciary and well known Kogi State people to join hand to ensure the secretariat is returned to our local government headquarters. 

Ibaji Local Government must stand.
