We, the citizens of India, request you to immediately get the culprit in the Sunil Dwivedi accident case named in the relevant FIR and arrested.
The incident occurred on 7th September, 2011 near Jiamau, Lucknow. Sunil Dwivedi was knocked down by a speeding car, Maruti Suzuki Alto Car UP-32 BT 5294, while waiting for his friend on a side lane in Lucknow. The driver of the car, Sudhir Kumar, was heavily drunk. The case which has been registered by the police states that "UNKNOWN person was driving the car" whereas the students who reached on the spot to help Sunil Dwivedi themselves handed over the culprit to the police.
