Petition Closed

Jose is a loving father and husband who has been in the US for more than 7 years. He faces deportation on July 18th, 2012. Jose has two citizen children ages 4 and 6. He also has a sister who applied for him and is still waiting on the response. Jose faces deportation because he was racially profiled while driving without a license in Colorado. Two seperate officers began waiting for him along his route to work and pulling him over repeatedly. Besides the traffic stops, Jose's only record in the US is one of being a hard worker, a church goer, friend, husband and father.

Jose and his family are asking John Morton to use his discretion to grant Jose a stay of deportation and deferrec action while Jose waits for an answer on an application his sister submitted for him. Keep Jose where he belongs, home with his family in Denver!

I just signed the following petition addressed to: John Morton.

----------------
Stop the Deportation of Jose Luis Vazquez Campos

I am writing to ask that you use your discretion to grant Jose Luis Vazquez Campos a stay of deportation and deferred action.

Jose is a loving father and husband who has been in the US for more than 7 years. He faces deportation on July 18th.

Jose is waiting for an answer on a petition his sister submitted for him. Jose has two citizen children ages 4 and 6 who depend on him as the main breadwinner for the family. He has no criminal record and came to be in the immigration system through a questionable traffic stop.

Use your power to halt his deportation and keep this family together!

Sincerely,
