Many potential Hujaaj are disillusioned at how the current Haj system is being managed by Sahuc.

- The restriction on quota allowed for Haj
- Lack of transparency
- The monopoly between the role players making Haj unaffordable to many resulting in them deferring their accreditation
-The process of accreditation is flawed
- Sahuc does not allow public engagement at their AGM.
- Public is allowed at their AGM but only as observers.
- Sahuc financial statements are questionable and have been reported previously to IRBA (Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.
- Member organizations that give credence to SAHUC have little to no input and are not acting in the best interest of the Ummah

A call is being made to each and every Muslim male and female to stand behind UCSAH to open dialogue between all role players, to find a more fair and equitable solution free from stress on a once in a life time spiritual journey.

The petition that circulates is put into motion not for self gain, but to allow healthy competition for more decent affordable Haj packages for the working class.

For someone saving their whole life to realize that their saving is not enough year on year, due to unexpected and unnecessary costs to complete their Fardh Haj - this is something worth standing up for.
Haj is not and should not be only for the super rich.
