Masks are being required in Diocese of Venice schools, which should stay that way. There is an opposing petition going around by parents that want to make them optional. I feel this is best for the safety of everyone and although the students themselves may not get hurt from covid, their parents and grandparents could when they spread it to them. The Diocese should NOT give into the pressure of these parents and their threats to the church. Keep the mask mandate and keep them required in schools!
