As a registered and upcoming Nevada meadery, Immortal Brewing Company would like to be at the forefront of support and development of fair and comprehensive mead law.

We would like to change antiquated and unfair regulations for mead makers in order to promote innovation and create a fair competitive environment for an emerging market. 

It is for this purpose we would like to stand with Rep. Mark Sanford [R-SC-1] in backing H.R. 6000 also known as the "MEAD act". To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify rules relating to the taxation of mead and other agricultural wine, and for other purposes.

We urge Rep. Dina Titus [D-NV-1] to stand with us in support of H.R. 6000.
