Pedestrians are in Danger and Drivers are at Risk, two fatalities in less then 6 months apart puting one man in jail when he just started getting his life back on track from a prior driving incident that caused for him to relocate and start over. Then he comes home for a visit and this BiG Huge Bright sign has blind sighted him and caused for him to hit and kill a pedestrian. Changing his life forever. How sad. If the Casino manager was to dim the lights so they are not so bright white and blinding then maybe the last two pedestrians would still be alive that got hit right there n died.
