Our beloved C/1LT Troung is leaving HQ.

C/1LT has been here since the very beginning. When she arrived at OMI she knew what she wanted, to change the school's culture and how we operate. Thus she seek opportunities and attended almost every leadership event to hope to make an impact. She went out of her way to apply for state staff and collected experience there and incorporates it into her work at OMI. At OMI she is a nitpicker, not in a bad way. She finds flaws in systems and also creates new systems to replace old and ineffective ones. Lastly, she never takes any lazy shots!

Dieu is great on the work and off, when it's after school she utilizes her time to master the craft of marksmanship, she gives back to the community by being the master instructor of the program without asking anything in return. OMI wouldn't be here without her commitment, dedication, and hard work. HQ wouldn't be the same without her.
