With deep humility, gratitude, and hope, we, the internet GIJOE fandom population, would like to express our sincere desire to see the lore and legacy of GIJOE continue to live-on through a major film production done in the fashion and likeness of the original 1980's concepts as seen in the GIJOE comics and cartoons of that day. 

The characters and stories of GIJOE have left such a long lasting -and positive- impression on us that it would be immensely fulfilling to once again see those classic stories brought to life in a live action format capable of contending with the current superhero blockbusters that dominate the box office market. I dare say that such an artistic fulfillment would even be healing (in a sense) to many of us. 

GIJOE has always been the most inclusive brand of entertainment on the market. With characters whose backgrounds come from every corner of the world and every walk of life, we, the GIJOE fandom population, are convinced that- if kept rooted in its amazing origins - GIJOE could be the next powerhouse phenomenon to sweep across the entertainment industry. Potentially bringing to life a trilogy of films, a streaming series, new comic books, novels, toys, etc. The sky is the limit and we, the GIJOE fandom population, are here, standing in solidarity, eagerly awaiting that bright future when once again GIJOE holds a dignified place in the sun.
