According to Karen Melton Stewart, a retired NSA Intelligence Analyst, DHS is registered as a "private for profit" entity. The CITY OF PHILADELPHIA - DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES opened a case against me based on a falsified report. DHS never had the Constitutional authority to kidnap two young children from me and remove my custody of my sons. My children were one and three years old when they were forcibly separated from me. We have gathered photo evidence and medical reports from the St. Christopher Children's Hospital stating that my older son had sustained two severe head injuries that required multiple stitches, and both my sons' flea and insect bites all over their bodies and fungal skin infection, which all took place while in DHS captivity and DHS foster care; I was not informed of my sons' injuries and medical condition, nor was I allowed to be present for my son's two medical procedures of suture placements on his forehead. DHS and CUA denied me contact or visit with my children for over a month. 

A few months after I and my children relocated to Philadelphia Pennsylvania from Honolulu, Hawai'i, I called the police to our residence because a family member threatened to use violence towards me in front of my children during a domestic dispute, then two other family members ganged up on me and told the police vicious lies about me, the Philadelphia PD proceeded to get DHS involved, my custody of my children was removed, and my police report indicating that I was the victim was never mentioned again, no doubt it was buried.

The Philadelphia DHS and family court judge, the dishonorable Cateria McCabe, have deprived me of and violated my fundamental human, parental, and Constitutional rights and the judge's Oaths of Office. DHS gave the hospital permission to vaccinate my sons without my parental knowledge and against my parental consent.

The 4th Amendment of the Constitution states "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." DHS and the family court judge, the dishonorable McCabe, violated the 4th Amendment because there was no sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, from the affirmative party, that I had committed an actual wrong doing, or a crime. The DHS child advocate has in their possession, a signed letter written by the family members who made the falsified report about me, admitting that the report submitted to the police about me was, in fact, untrue, and expressed regret. It is sickening and intolerable for DHS to have continued their forced and unwarranted involvement in my life.

The 6th Amendment states "The accused shall enjoy the right to a public and speedy trial by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusations, to be confronted with the witnesses against him, to have compulsory process for attaining a witness in his favor." DHS and the family court judge, the dishonorable McCabe, violated the 6th Amendment because I was deprived of the right to have a fair jury trial, or fair proceedings in general, deprived of the right to confront the witness against me and to attain a witness in my favor. The dishonorable McCabe, under bias, deprived me of my right to represent myself and challenge jurisdiction, the reason being A: once jurisdiction is challenged, the court can not proceed when it clearly appears that the court lacks jurisdiction, the court has no authority to reach merits, but rather, should dismiss the action. B: a universal principle as old as the law is that a proceedings of a court without jurisdiction are a nullity and its judgement therein without effect either on person or property. C: a judicial tribunal has no jurisdiction of the subject matter on which it assumes to act, its proceedings are absolutely void in the fullest sense of the term. D: a court has no jurisdiction to determine its own jurisdiction. E: a departure by a court from those recognized and established requirements of law, however close apparent adherence to mere form in method of procedure, which has the effect of depriving one of a constitutional right, is an excess of jurisdiction. I intended on representing myself because the court appointed counsels John Capaldi, who stated that Cateria McCabe is the worst of all judges, who was also privately retained, took five thousand dollars from me and failed to defend for my Constitutional rights, and Mario D'Adamo III was not willing to challenge jurisdiction and defend for my Constitutional rights; Mario D'Adamo III withdrew himself from this case after telling me that he can not challenge jurisdiction and that he can agree to not represent me; his excuse on record was that there was a communication breakdown between me and him. So far, I have been unable to retain private counsel from the Philadelphia Bar Association who was willing or allowed to confront DHS and the family court. Ann Exline Starr, partner of Christopher Johnson's law firm in Philadelphia PA., took full advantage of my desperate situation, received thousands of dollars of retainer fees, just to tell me that they can not do anything for me because DHS has so much power.

The 14th Amendment states " No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or the immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 

Speaking of property, neither DHS nor the State can show a title to my children claiming they own my offspring that I produced from my own spirit and intellectual property as their property, because that would be slavery. It has been widely disclosed on www.de-program.org and YouTube channels that birth certificates are slavery bonds; the Vatican owns all titles to all slaves via bankrupt legality within the commonwealth as England. The birth certificate is the primary document used to enslave us all. Not only does it grant the state the right to take our children whenever they want, it is registered as a security at the Depository Trust Company and used by the government as surety for public debt, they can tax the person on that document into oblivion to pay back federal debt. Under the democracy, as long as we keep registering children with the State, they have an endless supply of slaves to tax for fiscal sins.

I challenged DHS to produce their corporate charter which states that their so called "compliance mandates" are consistent with the Constitution; they have not produced such charter that is consistent with the Constitution.

I was threatened and terrorized into "compliance", shouted at and verbally insulted in my own home and at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia by the DHS' subcontracting Community Umbrella Agency "CUA 3" case worker Tamara Sledge. While at the Children's hospital for a routine physical exam, Tamara Sledge, asked the hospital staff to leave me alone in the room with her, then threatened that if I didn't do as they said, that they would take my children and place them in foster care. 

I have asked my current CUA caseworker, Angeline Gaymon, to send me the dates for all court proceedings since the opening of this case, because I demand to have evidence of all judges' signed written disposition and the official transcripts from the court reporters; so far, she has not responded to my request.

We demand the death penalty for any/all engaged in our assaults who knew or should have known that they were conspiring to deprive us of our Constitutional rights and our very lives for their own monetary gain."
