An ambitious girl was killed just because she wanted to be a civil servant and didn't want any distractions. Is this the value of someone's life ? A horrific homicide took place in the Durg range of Chhattisgarh on 15 June 2019 and the killer was let off because he was just " 11 days younger " to be 18 . When asked about the reason the boy said - " pat nhi rahi thi maar diya" . And the most devastating thing is that how easily he said that thing as if there was no one who can stop him. Is there ?
