@T1DToddler will be advocating FREE Dexcom CGM for all T1D babies and toddlers 0-3. Why Dexcom? Babies and toddlers who can’t communicate or get out of bed to notify anyone of night lows NEED a cgm that alerts them. The more alarms for a tired T1D parent, the better. Also doing blood checks 3 times a time on a baby/toddler is not ideal for those who know how hard it is to get a baby back to sleep. The first step is getting supporters and bring forward a petition to help knock doors down. There are tons of funding for things less serious than preserving the lives of T1D babies and toddlers so I’m sure we can change their priorities a bit. So who’s with me ? ����
