Fixing the immigration system helps businesses, fills job shortages especially farm labor and agricultural jobs such as packing houses, motels, restaurants, and is the right thing to do.

Because we were a compassionate country, we were a country that welcomed diversity. Now we have a racist President who has divided this country more than at any other time in our history since the civil war.

Darius Assemi’s article is well-researched makes sense to assist current illegal immigrants to find a pathway to becoming legal residents and U.S citizens and illustrates to our elected officials that many of us support immigrants coming to this country to improve the way of life for everyone.

I support diversity in America which makes our country the great country it should be, the freedom to come to America and become what you want to be and give back to our country is what will keep America a successful and competitive country. Immigrants make America successful!

Mass deportation is a horrible idea and if Mr. Nunes supports agriculture in the Valley he cannot possibly support mass deportation. Country before party.
