Ghansoli, one of the fastest growing suburb in Navi Mumbai is lacking the basic infra structure like basic roads & infra, cleanliness, transportation and also the internet line. With almost 1Lac+ people staying in Ghansoli, CIDCO/ NMMC has not taken any steps to improve the living here. Below are the complete details on each of the component.
Basic Roads & Infra – Most of the roads which lead to/ originate from Ghansoli are in a bad shape which needs to be redone / repaired again. Talk of street lights, the most advertised road by all builders in Ghansoli, the Palm beach road here doesn’t even have the street lights.
Cleanliness – Ghansoli has been given the step motherly treatment when it comes to cleanliness as when compared to other places like Vashi/ Koparkhairane/ Belapur/ Panvel, these places are always given higher priority. Why can’t NMMC have cleaning marshals placed in Ghansoli for putting appropriate fine on the people/ agencies who spoil the place all across.
Internet Connectivity – Navi Mumbai is on the list of smart city and the irony is in Ghansoli where Reliance Jio has its headquarters here, MTNL hasn’t even bothered to lay its cable here to provide telephony/ internet connectivity in most of the sectors. Isn’t it due to short sightedness to assess the demand or falling prey to private operators?
With consumers investing crores of rupees in purchasing flats, isn’t this the responsibility of NMMC to provide all of the above basic facilities? Our only aim is to make sure that Ghansoli is provided with all the above mentioned amenities which are basic in nature.
Sign this petition and forward about this petition to your friends so that NMMC authorities and Planning commission will act to create Ghansoli a better place to stay.
