Recenetly, a few fairborn residents were notifed Reinke Group were planning to build a new single family house development, neighboring deer cliff estates, off Armstrong rd. This development impeeds on farmland bringing in many risks for the neighboring community. Risks include but are not limitied to, solar access issues, limited privacy, increased crime, heat domes, air pollution, construction site associated damages, road damage, increased traffic, water drainage issues and more. This housing development being bulit would be devastating to the exisiting residents of deer cliff estates and surrounding houses.
