A lack of friendliness can often result in many problems and harm relationships with one another, which makes being in the order a lot harder for most people and stands in the way of progress. 
This is why I believe we should have a pony added to Alderaan to serve as a symbol of friendship and to remind ourselves of the important qualities we need to embrace in order to succeed as an Order and a family.
