We live directly across from this proposed project. We’re old age pensioners. Not sure what will happen if this project happens. 
52 rental units and 6 six floors. How is that even possible.

The summer sun will be completely gone from our property. Not to mention increased traffic and general congestion. Where are they going to park. This area is already heavily congested with the nursing home. This will make it hard to transport patients in and out of the building. Vehicles are already parking in front of us. This will make it a lot worse.

The lot was never designed for a six floor fifty two unit building. This will probably push us right out of the neighborhood. Totally unaffordable to stay. Please help to stop this from happening. We will not be able to afford the move. Fifty Two rental units Six floors with a roof deck?

There will not be much privacy in our garden if this goes ahead.

M-C1 is a multi-residential designation that is primarily for 3 to 4 storey apartment buildings and townhouses..
