Studies show that teenagers need more sleep. Teenagers do not have enough time to sleep for the 8-10 hours that is required a night. We would like to have a "Nap time" in the middle of our day. I tend to find myself falling asleep during class towards the end of the day. I suggest having our nap time after lunch. Studies also show that a nap time will improve our grades and develop better learning habits for students.
