Water Day Zero looms in Gqeberha once again. The Government needs to work with the Municipality to provide new water infrastructure or a desalination plant that could sustain us during drought and breakages in our decades old water infrastructure. There is going to be chaos and war in our city once all the water sources run dry. Clean abundance of water is one of life's most precious necessities and its a must in all homes and businesses for us to survive. We have no rain, the lowest level supply dams and borehole water wont always be available and not everyone can afford water tank systems! Gqeberha needs help and we need it now!!! We need this issue to be taken seriously as it could cost many lives. No more promises and future plans....we just need action and reinforcement asap!! Let's stand together as Gqeberha and push this till we get taken seriously.
